By presales we describe all activities performed before a purchase order is issued. This may be viewed either from a partner or from a customer perspective. We are able to provide support for both cases.

At the convenience of our customers we may

  • perform a requirement definition (this may include technical, installation, furniture and provision requirements)
  • work out a general solution concept with respect to given architecture
  • develop functional and technical specifications
  • provision a technical proposal document for a budgetary RFP process
  • define an integration survey for potential partners
  • aid in the evaluation of the answers
  • provide critical reviews to save cost in the future
  • actively participate in the entire presales phase and beyond


For our partners we may
