During the years we were often called to
aid in troubleshooting existing call centre installations, so we had to improve
our set of tools accordingly. In our selection process we focused on products,
which specialize in portability, advanced protocol support and operating system
compliance. As the market does not offer any appropriate tools for call centre
purposes, we have chosen to assemble our own set of products. Most of our
customers learnt from application of our testing units and protocol analyzers
in their environment and were asking to purchase a solution configured for
their needs. So we formed a parnership with relevant companies to fulfill this
demand. Let us now introduce the results.
