Our
public network testbed. Patapsco Liberator mimics the public network
for the Okeford 2000 Switch from Telesoft Technologies. We've also
attached AVM Fritz to get access to the tiny network using standard
analog telephone sets.
We've
started our Okeford demo application, which acts as service control
point (SCP) using the Telesoft SWAPI interface. It provides number
replacement features for SS7 calling and called party numbers. In
this first screen you can see the keep alive and startup procedures
for the interface.
The
demo application comes with an online monitor, which may be invoked
using a standard telnet client. The online monitor provides a simple
command line interface allowing for control of services and real time
alteration of run time parameters.
Before
starting the service, destination address and calling line identification
are configured. A configuration summary is provided by the command
<conf>.
