After
having started the service, system, link and application states may
be retrieved in real time. As shown here, the entire system is operational
and waiting for calls.
After
placing a call, the switch informs the demo application of the new
call. In the initial service step, the application decodes calling
and called party number. Then new definitions for both numbers are
passed to the switch for processing.
The
switch connects to the new destination. Give a close look to the telephone
display - the calling line identification says 47114711 as determined
by the demo application.
Before
stopping the service, the state display is again inspected. According
to the previous communication a transaction has been recorded.
